Shi Yuanqiang, China’s Chargé d’Affaires, has promised to provide Pakistan’s flood victims with unwavering support.
Details indicate that Yuanqiang headed a Chinese team that paid a visit to the National Disaster Management Authority’s (NDMA) National Emergencies Operation Centre (NEOC). The NDMA teams’ flood relief efforts have been explained to the Chinese delegation.
The Chinese envoy has been informed by NDMA Chairman Lieutenant General Inam Haider Malik about the steps being taken to aid those affected by the floods. The continuous efforts to rehabilitate the flood victims were also communicated to the Chinese delegation.
