LAHORE: According to News, Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Maryam Nawaz Sharif gave the relevant authorities the deadline of June 2025 to finish the province’s key health schemes.
In the course of chairing a meeting to assess the province’s progress on the CM Punjab Special Health Initiatives, the CM gave orders to finish building and renovating major hospitals in Punjab by March and June 2025, respectively, as well as Basic Health Units (BHUs) and Rural Health Centers (RHCs).
Additionally, CM Maryam issued orders allowing physicians employed by hospitals and health institutions in the province’s more isolated regions to receive special compensation.
