COAS Asim Munir visits Germany to engage with military and civil leadership.

During his tour to Germany, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Syed Asim Munir has met with leaders of the civil-military sector, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported on Thursday.

General Carsten Breuer, the head of defense, welcomed him to the Federal Ministry of Defense during the visit, and the German Armed Forces contingent gave him a guard of honor.

Along with his German counterpart, the army chief also visited the Army Combat Training Center in Gardelegen and met with Lieutenant General Alfons Mais, the Chief of the German Army.
He was informed of the different aspects of the center and the training that the German Army and other forces were receiving. He also went to several training centers and saw an urban combat demonstration.
