QUETTA/BANNU: Terrorists raided police and Levies stations in Balochistan’s Sherani district on Wednesday, killing one police officer and one Levies worker and wounding over six others, according to officials. Two similar attacks were repulsed in Bannu.
According to Hazrat Wali Kakar, Deputy Commissioner Sherani, the attack also harmed the stations’ communication infrastructure.
To treat the injured, Civil Hospital Zhob declared an emergency.
DC Kakar stated that a search is being conducted to find the missing Levies man. “One Levies personnel has gone missing and two others are injured,” he added.
