Despite her own family’s success, Meghan Markle is “conflicted” over Kate Middleton’s photo controversy, according to experts.

Even though Meghan Markle won in court, a number of royal observers maintain that the Duchess of Sussex is closely monitoring the events taking place on the other side of the Atlantic.

On Tuesday, the 42-year-old’s protracted legal dispute with Samantha Markle, her half-sister, came to an end. Originally filed against the duchess in 2022, Samantha’s defamation action was dismissed with prejudice, meaning she is not allowed to reopen the case.

In 2021, Samantha said in an Oprah Winfrey interview that she had been defamed by her well-known sibling and the Netflix series “Harry & Meghan.” News representative did not immediately reply to a request for comment from Markle.
