Following “difficult decisions” made by the king about Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew, Princess Beatrice and Eugenie have reportedly made it clear to their uncle, King Charles, that they intend to join him on Christmas.
Phil Dampier, a royal specialist, has conveyed the unambiguous message.
“If their parents are not invited, Eugenie and Beatrice’may feel it would be unfair’ of them to join King Charles, Queen Camilla, Prince William, and Kate Middleton, among other royals, at Sandringham,” the royal expert tells the Daily Mail.
“It makes it very difficult for Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie if they find out they are not invited or decide not to go,” Dampier thinks.
