Hugh Bonneville, actor of Downton Abbey, has now revealed how Michelle Dockery informed him of her pregnancy.
The 61-year-old English actor, who portrayed Robert Crawley, the father of Dockery’s Lady Mary Crawley in the popular television series, talked to PEOPLE magazine during the Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale New York premiere on Monday, September 8. He described how she told him about her pregnancy before making it public.
“[Michelle] frequently texts me as ‘Papa,’ and she very sweetly let me know about her bump a few weeks ago,” Bonneville, who is also the father of a 25-year-old son named Felix, revealed. And I’m overflowing with happiness for her and Jasper.
