In an interview, Ed Sheeran revealed that he writes songs about “real conflict” in his marriage to Cherry Seaborn.
The Shape of You singer stated that it’s critical to be open about life’s ups and downs during an appearance on a Spotify Q+A session.
“Cherry knows I write about everything – not just the good stuff,” he stated, referring to his song Perfect. There are songs about actual conflict as well as songs like Perfect.
The 34-year-old singer continued, “I think it’s important to be honest about that because it’s a part of any relationship.”
He informed the crowd that one of the tracks on his recently released album, Play, is dedicated to his wife.
