According to the Scottsdale Police Department, officers were sent out with a vehicle description in an effort to find a potential drunk driver. When they located a car that fit the description, they told the driver to stop, and Lacy was found inside.
Following an examination, Lacy was taken into custody and accused of four separate DUI offenses, one of which was “Extreme DUI – BAC of.20 or more,” according to Sports.
In addition, Lacy was charged with DUI with a BAC of.08 or above, DUI with slight impairment, and possession of an open container.
Sports also reported that early on Tuesday morning, Lacy was sprung out of jail.

Before declaring for the 2013 NFL Draft, Lacy was an outstanding player at Alabama. The Green Bay Packers selected him 61st overall in the second round of the draft.
In just 15 games, he ran for 1,178 yards and 11 touchdowns, earning him the 2013 Offensive Rookie of the Year title. He had an instant impact in the professional ranks. That year, Lacy also made it to the Pro Bowl.
