Officially, Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi have moved to the United Kingdom to live full-time.
The pair apparently moved discreetly to Hiaven, a vast 10,000-square-foot home in the Cotswolds that was supposedly bought for $26 million, according to RadarOnline.com.
According to sources, the relocation was not merely a lifestyle change.
“The purpose of Ellen’s trip to the United Kingdom was to allow the bullying scandal to be resolved,” an insider informed the newspaper.
“Returning has always been her objective. All she has been doing is waiting for enough time to go by.
DeGeneres views the change as a time for both professional and personal renewal.
