In the most recent episode, sisters-in-law Rubab and Fahad (playing Mustafa and Sharjeena, respectively) were charged with stealing 35 lac rupees from her.
The fabricated claim forced Mustafa, who was already furious over his family’s abuse of his wife, to make a difficult choice.
