A charge against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) top officials and members who are said to have tortured journalist Tayyab Baloch outside of Adiala Jail has been filed at the Saddar Bairooni police station in Rawalpindi.
Senior PTI officials are also named in the lawsuit as accused in the incident.
Police claim that journalist Tayyab Baloch reported PTI employees for allegedly attacking him outside Adiala Jail.
The Saddar Bairooni police filed a case and started legal proceedings after he reported.
