“I’ll go back home and practice even more because I’m playing well. Winter is going to be busy, so there isn’t time to relax.
“Everyone wants to be the winner, but I’ve come to realize that’s not possible. My goal is to win [title] in another major. Like everyone else, I want to go to the Worlds, but I would really want to go to another major.”
When asked if he was the best player in the world right now, Littler replied, “Probably this weekend.”
