On the fringes of the 15th Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Summit in Banjul, Gambia, Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar met with his colleagues from Turkey and Azerbaijan on Sunday to discuss bilateral trade and other issues of mutual concern.
Dar, who also serves as the deputy prime minister of the nation, arrived in the West African country on Wednesday. From May 4 to 5, he will be leading a group from Pakistan to discuss the problems of Gaza and Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) at the OIC moot.
He discussed the cordial connections between the two fraternal nations during his meeting with Turkey’s FM Hakan Fidan. They also committed to fortifying bilateral ties, particularly in the areas of commerce, economics, and defense.
