Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur’s resignation has not yet been received by his office, and it may be returned if any constitutional or legal ambiguities are discovered, according to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi.
Speaking on News’ morning show “Pakistan,” Kundi stated that he would examine the resignation as soon as he got it in order to ascertain Gandapur’s motivations.
“If there is any legal or constitutional ambiguity, the resignation can be returned,” he stated.
According to the law, he stated, all procedures would be followed.
A day after the KP chief minister resigned, Kundi responded, stating that the decision was made in response to orders from imprisoned PTI founder Imran Khan.
