Pakistan’s gold prices are still on the decline, which is consistent with global market trends.
According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of 24-karat gold per tola reduced by Rs600 on Tuesday, bringing it down to Rs274,900. In a same vein, 10 grams of 24-karat gold dropped in value to Rs235,682 after losing Rs515.
Gold prices fell on the foreign market as well. The global rate, according to APGJSA, was $2,647 per ounce, indicating a small loss for the day.
In the meantime, the price of silver per tola on the local market stayed constant at Rs3,050.
