The Hollywood Reporter claims that the Country Strong actress, who has two children, Apple and Moses, with her ex-husband Chris Martin, disclosed in an interview with Today With Hoda & Jenna that her choices may come as a surprise to her admirers.
According to her, “I mean it’s funny because it didn’t feel like a sacrifice to me at the time, but if I look back at it through a cultural lens, I think like, wow, if people know that I didn’t do this movie or that movie, they’d be quite shocked.”
The subject came up in the interview when talking about how Paltrow’s mother, actress Blythe Danner, had given up similar opportunities for her career.
