ISLAMABAD: Ahead of a full court hearing, Justices Babar Sattar and Sardar Ejaz of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) have written to IHC Chief Justice Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar to raise concerns about judicial irregularities.
All of the high court’s judges were present at a full court meeting presided over by IHC Chief Justice Dogar. Service regulations, practice and procedure rules, family judge authority, and matters pertaining to the construction of the high court building were on the agenda.
The two IHC judges raised concerns about case distribution and administrative choices in their request for additional items to be on the agenda prior to the meeting.
