ISLAMABAD Aleema Khan, sister of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan, on Wednesday has alleged that the detained former prime minister believes the convictions and punishments in his cases were “pre-written”, The News reported.
Speaking to media outside of Adiala Jail, she cited Imran as stating that he had been under pressure to leave the country from the beginning but decided to face all processes despite the fact that his hearings are frequently postponed.
Aleema further cited purported anomalies in the jail trial, asserting that one of the witnesses had been shown to be untrue. She claimed that “the script is that she will be sentenced in Toshakhana first, then granted bail in the Qadir case” and called for quick bail for Bushra Bibi in the Al-Qadir Trust case.
