KARACHI: The Met Office announced on Saturday that Karachi’s temperature will begin to decrease tomorrow, Sunday, after several days of oppressively high temperatures.
The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) reported that today’s high temperature in the city was 38.4 degrees Celsius and that the relative humidity was 53%.
According to the Met Office, tomorrow’s temperature in the port city is predicted to stay between 34°C and 36°C.
Karachiites will welcome any dip in temperature as the city has been suffering from oppressive heat for the past few weeks.
With a maximum temperature of 41.5°C on May 29, 2024 proved to be the warmest day in the port city.
It is important to remember that Karachi experienced its highest temperature ever.
