Britney Spears, whose 13-year conservatorship was granted by her father Jamie Spears, is reconsidering their relationship.
The news follows an insider’s statement to Daily Mail last month that the Princess of Pop is adamant about never speaking to her father again.
“There is never a chance that Britney and her father will get back together. No matter what happens to his health, she will never forgive the man—dead or alive—because he damaged her in ways that are beyond comprehension, the insider had said to the publication.

But according to a source who spoke to OK! magazine, Jamie’s health is still declining as a result of the infection that resulted in his recent amputation of his leg, and Britney is thinking of making up with him.
It’s floating about. They discussed a potential reconciliation and said, “Given his medical situation, Britney is open to talking, but this kind of rekindling doesn’t happen overnight.”
Britney previously revealed in her novel The Woman In Me that Jamie viewed her as a source of “cash flow.” He was “lustful” for wealth and power, she disclosed, even going so far as to say, “I’m Britney Spears now.”
