The United States of America has been warned and many Europeans have been alarmed by the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) conference. That was for very good reasons.

Q: China hosted the SCO summit last week, welcoming a distinguished collection of leaders and commemorating the people’s historic triumph over Japanese aggression and fascism.
