Islamic Jihad to avoid taking part in any hostage negotiations in Gaza without a ceasefire

Ziad al-Nakhala, the secretary general of Islamic Jihad, stated in a statement on Tuesday that the Palestinian organization will not participate in any agreements pertaining to Israeli hostages unless they guarantee a thorough ceasefire and the evacuation of Israeli soldiers from the Gaza Strip.
