Recently, Jennifer Lopez opened up about how she persuaded Ben Affleck, her ex-husband, to star in Kiss of the Spider Woman.
The 56-year-old American singer and songwriter spoke on the Sunday, September 28 program of News Sunday Morning, when she disclosed that her dream project, Kiss of the Spider Woman, was made possible by her ex-husband Affleck and his production business, Artists Equity.
According to Lopez, who is portraying Ingrid Luna in the musical drama, “Without him and Artists Equity, the film would not have been produced.” That’s correct, and I’ll always give him credit for it.
The upcoming movie was being worked on by Affleck and his longtime friend and producing partner Matt Damon.
