Ayo Edebiri answered her overt jabs at Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck’s wife.
As viewers are aware, the 28-year-old actress appeared in a skit titled “Why’d You Do It” on the most recent episode of Saturday Night Live (SNL) as Annie, a girl, with Danny Donnigman, who portrayed an imaginary show host.
Ayo was one of the three game contestants that Danny Donnigman called out for posting disparaging remarks on celebrities’ social media accounts. The former Bear apparently made a “defensive U-turn” and acknowledged his prior transgressions.
Ayo Edebiri interrupted Danny’s tirade by saying, “We understand. You should never run your mouth or make hurtful remarks on a podcast because you’re twenty-four and foolish.
She concluded, saying, “But I think I speak for everyone when I say from now on we’re going to be a lot more thoughtful about what we post online.”
It is important to note that Ayo made derogatory remarks about Jennifer Lopez four years ago in February 2020 when she was a guest on Laci Mosley’s podcast, Scam Goddess.
“Today I was actually thinking about one of my favorite scams of all time because J.Lo is performing at the Super Bowl Halftime Show,” the Global Globe Award recipient asserted at the time.
She concluded, saying, “Her entire career is one big scam.”
