John Sayles, the director of “Lone Star,” says he peed in protest on Trump’s border wall.

After visiting the southern border wall of the United States, Hollywood director John Sayles claimed to have “urinated on it” in protest of former President Trump.

In an interview that was published on Monday, Sayles spoke to the British publication The Guardian. He berated the border wall as a token solution for border security and bemoaned the lack of advancement on “border issues” since he produced a film about them almost thirty years ago.

The director of the 1996 Oscar-nominated drama “Lone Star” starring Chris Cooper as a Texas sheriff looking into the death of a former White racist sheriff (Kris Kristofferson) in a border town.
