Iconic British brand set for Autumn/Winter 2026 runway
Joseph, one of the UK’s most celebrated fashion labels, is returning to London Fashion Week after a seven-year absence from British runways. As a result, the house will showcase its Autumn/Winter 2026 collection during the upcoming LFW season, which runs from February 19 to 23.
This comeback follows Mario Arena’s appointment as creative director in October 2024 and his debut Spring/Summer 2026 collection in October 2025. Consequently, the February show will present Arena’s second collection for Joseph, marking a key moment for the brand’s creative direction.
Honoring a visionary legacy
Joseph last appeared on the London Fashion Week schedule in September 2017. Arena said, “My vision has always been to return Joseph to the runway. Founder Joseph Ettedgui was a visionary who pushed boundaries, and therefore I want to honour that spirit. The runway is where we truly belong as a fashion house.”
Moreover, the brand describes its comeback as a “powerful next step in the brand’s strategic journey,” signaling its intent to grow its influence both in the UK and internationally.
Leadership perspective
Barbara Campos, Joseph’s CEO, highlighted the significance of this return: “Coming back to London Fashion Week is an important milestone in Joseph’s evolution. In addition, it begins a new chapter for the house, reflecting our commitment to strengthening the brand globally. Thus, we are excited to share our new creative direction with the world this February.”
Furthermore, the runway show is expected to attract attention from industry insiders, buyers, and fashion enthusiasts alike, marking a pivotal moment in Joseph’s continued growth and relevance in the global fashion scene.
