The National Judicial Policymaking Committee (NJPC) will convene on October 17 to discuss important judicial issues, including as the missing persons problem, according to Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Yahya Afridi.
Attorney General for Pakistan (AGP) Mansoor Usman Awan, the top judge, told the Judicial Conference in Islamabad on Monday, which was attended by judges from the Supreme Court and high courts. He said that the Supreme Court will soon start using artificial intelligence to schedule cases, but he also acknowledged that the judiciary is “not fully ready” for its immediate use.
