London Fashion Week will host a full five-day schedule from Thursday, February 19 to Monday, February 23. The season will showcase fall/winter 2025/26 collections through around 46 runway shows, 15 presentations, and 19 digital showcases by emerging designers. Paul Costelloe’s Final Collection Opens the Season
The late Irish designer Paul Costelloe, famous as Princess Diana’s personal designer, will open the event at noon on Thursday with his final posthumous collection. The show will honor his lifelong contributions to UK fashion after his passing in November at age 80.
Burberry Closes the Week with a Spotlight Show
Burberry, one of the UK’s leading luxury brands, will finish the week with an evening show by Daniel Lee on Monday. This highly anticipated finale will bring a glamorous close to the five-day event and highlight the brand’s latest innovations.
Joseph and Julien Macdonald Make Comebacks
Joseph will return to London Fashion Week after a seven-year break. Creative director Mario Arena will showcase his second collection for the label. Likewise, Julien Macdonald returns to the runway after five years, generating excitement among attendees and fashion followers.
Leading Designers and Notable Absences
Heavyweights such as Erdem, Simone Rocha, Richard Quinn, and Harris Reed will appear this season. However, respected female designers like Roksanda and Molly Goddard will not participate. J.W. Anderson will also skip the event to focus on his lifestyle brand and his role as Dior’s creative director in Paris.
Focus on Emerging Talent
London Fashion Week continues to spotlight fresh talent from UK fashion schools, including Central Saint Martins, London College of Fashion, and Loughborough University. Hundreds of buyers and editors will attend multi-designer showcases such as Fashion East, known as a top incubator for new fashion talent.
