On Wednesday, October 2-4, Malaysian Prime Minister Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim arrived in Pakistan on a three-day official visit.
PM Shehbaz Sharif and other leaders will have discussions with PM Ibrahim, who has arrived with a high-level team, to discuss bilateral relations.
When the Malaysian prime minister arrived in Islamabad, PM Shehbaz gave him a hearty welcome and a 21-cannon salute.
During the reception, federal cabinet ministers and Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar were also in attendance. In addition, young ladies in traditional attire gave the honored guest flowers.
The two sides will talk about a broad agenda to further improve Pakistan-Malaysia ties in a variety of areas, including commerce, connectivity, energy, and other areas, according to the Foreign Office on Monday.
