KARACHI: A local court on Friday placed a man suspected of sexually abusing multiple young girls under five days of police custody as investigations into his arrest continue.
Last night, South Superintendent of Police (SSP) Mehroze Ali disclosed the graphic details of the man’s alleged crimes and said the suspect was apprehended on Thursday.
According to the SSP, the arrest came after several reports of child attacks in the metroplis’ Qayyumabad neighborhood. Over the course of a week, he added, three different cases had been filed against the suspect. He stated that the guy had allegedly repeatedly targeted a number of young girls.
