Recently, Suits main protagonist Patrick J. Adams discussed the prospect of getting back together for a spin-off with co-lead Meghan Markle, saying he’s “ready.”
During the 81st Golden Globes, Patrick got back together with the ensemble of suits—minus Meghan Markle—to present the Best TV Drama prize.
Talking to E! News, Patrick said, “I’m totally astounded it’s found a second life,” expressing his amazement at the show’s Netflix rebirth. I’m honored,
“You think that’s it and you’re going to move on to something else when you leave a show, but it’s amazing to see that a whole new generation is discovering it and loving it—almost more than they loved it the first time around.”
The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan, was then praised by Patrick, who described her as a “fantastic actress” who the film business “would be lucky to have back.”
When the Plan B actor was questioned about a remake that would include his and Meghan’s return, he cheerfully said, “Let’s go, I’d do it.” I’m prepared. In Seattle, Mike and Rachel.
The cast of Suits, which included Gina Torres, Sarah Rafferty, and Gabriel Macht in addition to Patrick and Meghan, shot to international prominence during the show’s 2011–2019 run.
When Suits was added to Netflix, the program resumed its previous momentum and reached a viewership of 2 billion minutes.
