As experts compare the two ladies, Meghan Markle has been urged to take inspiration from Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy’s experience.
Tina Brown, a royal expert on CNN’s new documentary series America’s Prince, claimed that Bessette had “Meghanish” characteristics because she was likewise attracted to elegance and glitz.
She did point out that the pressure and public attention eventually overtook Bessette, who died in an aircraft crash in 1999 along with her husband, John F. Kennedy Jr.
“There was a lot about Carolyn that was a little ‘Meghanish,’ as we’ve seen with Meghan and Harry,” Brown stated.
“That [Carolyn] had…wanted in, for all of these reasons,” she continued. There was elegance and glitz.
