In Islamabad, Federal Communications Minister Abdul Aleem Khan met with Kazakhstan’s Deputy Prime Minister Marat Nurtelo, Minister of Transportation, and Deputy Trade Minister to explore increased bilateral cooperation in communication, transportation, and trade.
Abdul Aleem Khan emphasized that with improved rail and road connectivity, Pakistan hopes to boost trade with Central Asia and Europe. During the meeting, he stated that “trade will increase through improved transport links and both countries can benefit from mutual experiences in the communications sector.”
