According to The News on Friday, Pakistan has received seven technical bids from worldwide consortia to act as a financial adviser for the Roosevelt Hotel’s privatization in New York.
According to authorities at the Privatization Commission, offers from major financial institutions and international real estate companies including Citigroup, CBRE, and Morgan Stanley are among those included in the bids, which started this week, The News said.
One of Pakistan International Airlines’ (PIA) most significant overseas properties is the Roosevelt in Manhattan, which has been the focus of a protracted discussion on whether to sell, lease, or rebuild the facility.
