According to sources connected to the police’s criminal investigation division, the suspects in the murder of gold medallist Itteqa Moin, a mechanical engineer, who was shot dead during a heist in Karachi, have been taken into custody.
Earlier this month, Moin, 27, was gunned killed by armed robbers in Gulshan-e-Iqbal block 7, and they made off with his motorcycle, cell phone, and some cash.
In relation to the child’s death during a street crime, police had filed a case against unnamed individuals.
The Crime Investigation Agency (CIA)-affiliated sources verified that Moin’s “murderers” had been apprehended. They claimed that following the murder, the suspects had escaped to Balochistan.
