A new appointment system has been introduced by the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) with the goal of removing the inconvenience of lengthy lines and wait periods at its offices.
The Pak ID mobile app now allows citizens to plan their trips ahead of time, making the procedure easier and more convenient.
NADRA offices will no longer have lines.
Applicants no longer have to stand in long lines thanks to this new facility. Citizens can visit the appropriate NADRA center directly by scheduling an appointment at a time and day of their choosing.
According to officials, this service will increase request processing efficiency and lessen crowding at NADRA facilities.
