Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have officially settled their divorce, ending nearly two decades of marriage.
The former couple submitted their divorce agreement in a Nashville court on Tuesday, according to court documents obtained by News Digital.
Under the settlement, Kidman, 58, will serve as the primary parent for their two minor daughters. Urban will have scheduled parenting time every other weekend, unless other arrangements are agreed upon.
Representatives for both Kidman and Urban have not yet commented publicly on the settlement.
Kidman initially filed for divorce in September, citing irreconcilable differences. In her petition, she listed September 30 as the date of separation and requested primary custody of their children.
Urban has previously spoken about his priorities in marriage and family life. In a 2023 interview with Fox News Digital, the country music star emphasized the importance of keeping family first despite life’s challenges.
“It’s always family first,” Urban said. “It’s balanced, so it goes out of balance sometimes, but we always put it back on track. It’s never perfect, but we make it work.”
The two met on the set of Days of Thunder and adopted two children, Isabella and Connor, before divorcing in 2001.
