The performances complement the previously scheduled UK and Ireland dates, which will kick off the band’s first tour since 2009 early in 2019.
Oasis announced the dates on their website and social media, stating that they will play:
- August 24, Rogers Stadium, Toronto, Canada
- Soldier Field in Chicago, Illinois, in the US on 28 August
- On August 31, MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey
- On September 6, Rose Bowl Stadium in Los Angeles, California
- September 12, Mexico City, Mexico; Estadio GNP Seguros
America, the band claimed when announcing the performances. Oasis will arrive. You have one more chance to show us that you have always loved us.
Additionally, the band stated on their website that they “strongly advise that those wishing to purchase tickets register in advance of the sale with Ticketmaster.”.
Not long after the North American tour was revealed, Oasis released an official statement stating that they would not be using Ticketmaster’s dynamic pricing methodology, which adjusts rates in response to demand.
