Gary Goldsmith, who appeared in Celebrity Big Brother, also stated that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex could not be expected “to be invited round for Christmas” if they “throw your family under a bus in such a dramatic style” (alluding to “books” written by Meghan and Harry).
“I have the opinion that Harry was really, really, really loved, massively loved,” he said during Tuesday night’s show. “Kate, William, and Harry were really comfortable together, and I think that Harry was really loved,” he said.
“And then suddenly there’s an extra dynamic that comes in, puts a stick in the spokes and creates so much drama that I don’t generally think is there, and rewrote the history and said how unhappy he was, and I just don’t think that’s fair.”
The younger brother of Kate Middleton’s mother Carole, Goldsmith inquired of fellow housemate and TV personality Sharon Osbourne about the “vibe” around Harry and Meghan, who tied the knot in Windsor in 2018.
