Twelve cities in Punjab have experienced the implementation of Section 144 by the government in advance of the Sunday, September 22 Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT).
In order to maintain a seamless and safe testing environment, the order prohibits the movement of unconnected individuals within 100 yards of examination centers.
Lahore, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Faisalabad, Multan, Bahawalpur, DG Khan, Sahiwal, Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Gujrat, and Rahim Yar Khan are the cities where the limitations would be put into effect.
The only people allowed entry into the testing centers will be the candidates and approved supervisory staff. Books, manuals, digital devices, mobile phones, and weapons will all be absolutely prohibited. Furthermore, according to the official announcement, there will be no protests or demonstrations inside or close to the testing locations.
