Pacsun is taking its first step outside the U.S. with a store opening in Dubai in early 2026. This will be the brand’s first international location in 40 years. The announcement comes after a busy year in the U.S., where Pacsun opened nine stores in 2025 and plans to open 20 to 35 more across the country next year.
A Strong Middle East Partnership
The Dubai store is part of a new deal with Majid Al Futtaim. Through this partnership, Pacsun plans to open up to 20 stores across the Middle East over the next five years, including another flagship in Abu Dhabi. This move reflects the brand’s goal to grow its presence internationally.
U.S. Expansion Keeps Momentum
Back home, Pacsun recently opened locations in New York City and Westchester. With strong in-store traffic, the brand is gearing up for its biggest expansion in nearly two decades. Nine leases are already signed for 2026, with a total of 20 to 35 new stores planned in the next three years.

According to CEO Brieane Olson, Pacsun stores are more than shopping destinations. “Our stores have become cultural hubs for a generation that values experience as much as the product. What starts on our social channels—our inspiration and community—ultimately brings people in person,” she said.

Alongside its expansion, Pacsun recently launched PS Vintage Powered by Springy, a curated resale collection featuring thousands of unique vintage pieces for men and women. This adds another way for customers to find one-of-a-kind items while keeping sustainability in mind.
