KARACHI: Pakistan defeated Sri Lanka in the final to win the first Commonwealth Beach Handball Championship 2025 championship on Monday, capping an undefeated run that was a landmark for the nation’s handball scene.
With set scores of 26–18 and 28–12, Pakistan defeated Sri Lanka 2–0 in the championship final, displaying both attacking skill and defensive tenacity. After winning every game from the group stage to the final, the green shirts’ perfect campaign came to an end with the victory in Kulhudhuffushi City.
