In order to accelerate digital transformation and promote a cashless economy, Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have decided to step up their cooperation. Both countries have committed to exchanging technical help, knowledge, and expertise in this area.

Following a bilateral consultative conference between the two nations on promoting the cashless economy, the announcement was made.
Minister of State Mohammed bin Hadi Al Husseini led the UAE delegation, while Minister of State for Finance Bilal Azhar Kayani represented Pakistan.
