During the Duke’s brief visit to the UK, Prince Harry reportedly apologized to King Charles at Clarence House.
Palace insiders, however, think the Duke of Sussex’s resolve to patch things up with the royal family may have another reason.
Insiders speculate that this current attempt to make amends with Charles may be motivated more by strategy than honesty, according to Closer Magazine.
Harry is apparently looking for a new partner as the Invictus Games are scheduled to return to the UK in 2027.
“Palace insiders think he’s trying to shoehorn his way back in,” they stated.
“People believe he wants the perks of being royal without the responsibilities after all the interviews, the book, and the Netflix series. Deep mistrust exists,” the person continued.
