“Yes, I am able to verify that Adam passed away due to a fentanyl overdose,” Rick said to Fox News Digital. “We need to give this nation’s fentanyl problem more serious attention. It appears that nothing is being done to stop it from simply flowing over the borders. We have to perform better.”
Adam’s death’s circumstances were not immediately known.

Fentanyl is classified by the Drug Enforcement Agency as a Schedule II controlled substance, “similar to morphine but about 100 times more potent.” Depending on an individual’s body size, two milligrams (less than a grain of salt) of this synthetic opioid can be fatal.

According to a Harrison representative, “He passed of an overdose,” Fox News Digital was informed on Friday.
“The family is greatly saddened at his loss and asks for privacy as they grieve.”
A request for additional information from Fox News Digital was not immediately answered by the Las Vegas Metro Police Department.
According to data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the majority of the increase in drug overdose deaths appears to be attributable to overdose deaths involving synthetic opioids, specifically illicitly manufactured fentanyl, which increased by 55.6% between January 2020 and January 2021.
Rick’s second child with his ex-wife Kim was named Adam. Additionally, Corey, the son of the former couple, appears on “Pawn Stars.” Rick remarried, and he and Tracy had a son named Jake.
Adam was not on “Pawn Stars,” but he was rumored to work in the family business and at the shop.
Since its 2009 premiere, “Pawn Stars” has ranked second on television among reality shows, only behind “Jersey Shore.” Season 23’s premiere date has not yet been announced.
