The Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) Congress met on Tuesday in Karachi, where MNA Shehla Raza was unanimously chosen as President.
Shehla Raza is also the first woman to be elected President of the PHF. The Congress also unanimously chose Raja Shuja as finance secretary.

Earlier, on Sunday, then-caretaker Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar authorized Khalid Sajjad Khokhar’s replacement as president of the Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF).
The prime minister has approved the nomination of a new president for the PHF.
PM Kakar has directed the Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination (IPC) to compile a list of individuals qualified for the critical position inside the PHF.
