Along with the leaders of important Muslim nations, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is scheduled to attend the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) today (Tuesday) and have a highly anticipated multilateral meeting with US President Donald Trump.
The premier arrived in New York a day earlier and is leading Pakistan’s delegation to the high-level UNGA session today, accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar as well as other ministries and senior government officials.
