Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif revealed how, during last month’s UN General Assembly session, he disregarded Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
The prime minister chose not to make eye contact with the Israeli prime minister when he learned that he would be speaking after him, he stated on Monday at the multi-party meeting in Islamabad.
Netanyahu will be seated in the same room as other leaders as they awaited their turn to speak, PM Shehbaz also learned.
The Pakistani premier went on to clarify that he sat in a way to have any interaction with the Israeli PM.
“I was informed that the Israeli PM might also speak at the UN session when Netanyahu was set to arrive.”
