Amid rumors of marital problems with Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez ushered in the New Year with a beautiful message advocating kindness.
The Mother actress posted a video on Instagram in response to a message from the late actor Judi Garland stressing the need of kindness and showing “a little more empathy.”
The Wizard of Oz star stated in the video, “We have a brand-new year ahead of us. If everyone could be a little more loving, a little more empathetic, and a bit gentler with one another, that would be amazing.
“And perhaps this year, next year, we get along a little better,” she continued.
JLo was seen nodding in response to Garland’s new year’s message in the video collage. “Happy New Year! Kindness is always in style, the woman wrote as the video’s caption.
In the meantime, it has been anticipated that Lopez and Affleck’s marriage will be put to the test this year as they may become estranged following “petty arguments” and “disagreements.”
Before they celebrate their second wedding anniversary, Lopez and Affleck will need to deal with new challenges, according to Inbaal Honigman, who spoke with The Mirror.
Honigman predicted that the couple’s love affair “will go through ups and downs together,” noting that “the fiery pair, who engage in misunderstandings and petty arguments, are uneasy from August 15 to August 28.”
